What’s the proximity to public transit and commutes?

Quick access to highways 280 and 101. The BART and the J Church / Balboa Muni are a few short blocks away. There are buses stopping two houses away and many more buses and shuttles stopping at the Glen Park BART station. There are bike lanes at the end of the block. The Financial District is just a short BART train ride (8 - 10 minutes to downtown!). This is a great location for anyone wanting easy access to downtown or to the areas south of the city.

What are the local recreational opportunities?

Glen Canyon Park is a jewel in the neighborhood. The park is great for hiking, viewing wildlife and pets. There are tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, several ball fields, an indoor basketball court, and an auditorium.

What is the history of this rental?

The adjacent small business area is the heart of Glen Park has many excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and a wide variety of shops for personal care, fitness, pets, gifts, banking, health care, books, groceries, etc. The Canyon Market provides quality, service and selection in a convenient central location next to the Glen Park Library.

What support is available for renters?

This is a standalone apartment, so there is little interaction once a resident settles in. The leasing agent / property manager handles the bookings, screening, scheduling, agreements, problem-solving and calendaring issues. Resident in the lower unit will provide practical support, an arrival orientation, answer questions and can be asked to pass on requests and concerns to the property manager.

•CC&Rs 6.3 Alteration of Units o Improvements within the units can be done without the approval of the owner of the other unit so long as they don’t change usage, impact structure or lessen value of the total property.

Parking spaces are solely for parking of non-commercial, non-recreational vehicles only.
Each owner is to keep their parking space clean.
Major repair of a motor vehicle is not permitted anywhere on property. 

•CC&Rs 7.4 Nuisance

All occupants will minimize noise and disruption to other Occupants.
Loud noise is prohibited at 10:30PM Sunday through Thursday, ending at 8:00 AM the following morning and beginning 12:00AM (midnight) Saturday and Sunday ending at 10:00AM the following morning. (Including: washer dryers/kitchen appliances/stereos/television/excessive foot falls/musical instruments/etc.)

No owner shall do or permit anything to be done which is a violation of Governmental Regulations or which will or may decrease the attractiveness, desirability or value of another Unit or Property as a whole.
